Common questions

• Which statements work? Right now HDFC statements (.txt) and Google Pay statements (.pdf). Other banks are in beta and are read by AI.
• Where is my data? Only on your phone. SpendLog has no servers or accounts. See the privacy policy for iPhone or Android.
• How do I turn on AI? Manage → AI: pick Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or DeepSeek, paste your own API key and tap Allow. Gemini has a free tier.
• How do I delete my data? Manage → swipe a statement to delete it, or Erase all data. Deleting (uninstalling) the app removes everything.
